Ingredients
- 1/2 bag Pork Rinds (about 50g)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 10 ounces Slow Cooked Beef Roast in Au Jus (Store bought - Hormel Brand)
- 1/4 cup Black Olives (Sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Jalapeños (Sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Salsa Fresca
- 2 tablespoons Guacamole
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
Instructions
- Set oven to Broil.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spread pork rinds in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Broil 6 inches from flame for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Layer remaining ingredients as you please.
- Recipe Notes
- Look for pork rinds that have larger, more chip-like pieces. It will make it easier to layer your toppings and pick up the pieces when you're ready to eat!
