December is here and so is Christmas baking. Yayyy! So have you decided what will you make for Christmas?Honestly, Christmas is just an excuse for me to share this wonderful healthy vegan brownies recipe with you. This Christmas treat your kids with this wonderful version of brownies which are as good as the indulging ones. . Not only they are easy to make and decorate but also quiet healthy and delicious.
They are dense , intensely chocolaty , oh so fudgy like a chocolate bar and one of my favorite recipes that I have developed over the time.
Home made apple sauce , easy and yum , apt for folks of all ages, toddlers too.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium size apples
- ½ cup water
- pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat water in a saucepan.
- Meantime, peel , core and dice the apples
- Once the water starts to simmer add lemon juice and apples to it. Add in the cinnamon powder .
- Cover loosely and let it cook until softened - for 15-20 minutes on low-medium flame.
- Stir occasionally in between.
- Add more water if required.
- Let it cool down and blend it until a smooth puree.
